Mission
Statement
The Connecticut Horse
Council, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to
serving all aspects of the horse industry in Connecticut.
The vision of The Connecticut Horse Council, Inc. is to be
recognized as the leader in all issues concerning the
Connecticut horse industry. Every Connecticut horseman and
those who serve the industry need to be represented when
discussions are made regarding the future of Connecticut's
horse industry. The council is designed to provide this
representation for you.
We are an affiliate of the
American Horse Council, whose primary concern is to oversee
federal legislation, including taxes, which affect the horse
industry. A portion of your membership dollars goes toward
the struggle to obtain benefits for everyone in the horse
industry.
