CT House Bill to Preserve Horse Trails HTML | PDF

The state of Connecticut legislative session opened on January 3rd 2007 and runs through June 6th 2007. CHC is currently reviewing bills as they are posted to their respective committees. There are several issues which we will monitor, including bills related to property rights, trails access, and animal issues.

CHC is also assisting with the introduction of legislation in 2007. Please check back here during the active session for updates. If you have questions, please contact the CHC legislative committee chairs below.

If you would like to testify at a public hearing, or submit written comments about any bill, you may contact CHC for assistance. CHC encourages our members to make their voices heard.

To view the full text of any of these bills, or locate your legislator, please visit the CT General Assembly website at www.cga.ct.gov . For questions about these or any other bills in the CT General Assembly, please email Amy Stegall at stegall@snet.net .

If you would like to testify at any public hearing, please notify CHC immediately.
